We process the data you submit (name, company, role, email, message; phone optional) solely to answer your enquiry. The message reaches us by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and delete it afterwards. If a business relationship results, statutory retention periods under Austrian commercial and tax law apply (§ 212 UGB, § 132 BAO — seven years).
Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)
GA4 is activated only after your consent (Consent Mode v2); without consent no tracking cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie notice with effect for the future. Google acts as our processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. GA4 processes IP addresses in truncated form only.
AI chat assistant (Anthropic Claude)
The chat assistant answers questions about Streamline and this website. Messages you type into the chat are transmitted to the Anthropic API (Anthropic PBC, USA) to generate the answer. We do not store chat conversations; Anthropic does not use API traffic to train its models. Please do not enter personal data into the chat.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a helpful information service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anthropic acts as our processor; the transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic retains submitted content only for a limited period (up to 30 days) for abuse and safety review and deletes it afterwards.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) on servers located in Falkenstein, Germany (EU). Hetzner acts as our processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Server log files (including the IP address, date and time of the request) are processed to operate and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after a short period.
